Employees are often stretched thin, regularly expected to take on responsibilities outside their core roles. Leadership is young and lacks management experience, which often creates inconsistent direction. Performance reviews are conducted by the CEOs rather than direct managers, leading to unnecessary internal noise and unclear feedback. The engineering team frequently misses deadlines, placing the Customer Success Managers in tough positions during client-facing meetings. Internal product training is minimal and largely consists of asking staff to read product articles. They provide unlimited PTO but only suggest 2 weeks of leave per year.
