To work for Wavemaker Partners is to waste your time. It's horrible company, so don't even bother wasting your time and effort here. Employees of this company see no growth due to the lack of opportunities for learning, and we don't get any opportunities for advancement at all. Aside from being stagnant, you'll also have to deal with the unpleasant management.

Ideas were discussed at length, but execution lagged. Next steps were often vague, timelines slipped, and priorities shifted before plans were implemented. This reduced momentum and made progress feel slow despite strong intent.
