      Some very good people work here who genuinely care about others; benefits are good; easy job for elementary teachers due to class-size; half-day Fridays; summers off

      Lack of desire to become excellent; school board keeps the district from progressing despite some good people who have tried to move it forward into the 21st century; lost some good employees because of politics
