      Pros

      Very positive and fun work environment. As instructors you are given free rein on lessons and all activities. A lot of creative decision making is done. There is a lot of connection and friendship between coworkers and management.

      If you’re someone that needs to be told what to do this might not be the right fit. Long hot days in the sun

      Wayzata Sailing is an amazing organization to work for. It allows for creativity on a day to day basis and the ability to take full responsibility of your role, all while contributing to the community. Being outside is an added bonus!

      If you are someone who needs direction for all tasks, then this might not be the place for you. If you are independent, responsible, and respectful, then you will thrive here.
