Used to have a great culture and team until each of the best employees got forced out or quit one by one from the ceo who is a control freak and antiquated to business in 2025. Product is good, management is not

No career promotion, disproportionately low pay, disrespect towards low level employees. No opportunities for promotion. No remote work flexibility at all. They made a single mother punch out when the building had a gas leak. They made a man punch out on the day his child was born. PTO is laughably abysmal. 5 days accrued at the END of your first year. Heads get chopped and the CEO will fire entire departments before looking at himself in the mirror and taking accountability which he preaches relentlessly for everyone else to do. As more and more people are let go, work piles onto those who actually produce and pressure increases without pay increase.
