This is a fast-growing start-up with lots of opportunities to own and implement new projects and initiatives. The mission is dynamic and interesting as the data products are relevant to almost any industry. The culture is fast-paced and open to adopting new processes. Management is flexible and supportive of family commitments, especially throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Overall a great place to work so far.
Cons
Weather Source wouldn't be a great fit for someone who isn't self-directed or is only interested in logging on to "push a button" all day. If you're looking for autonomy and the opportunity to have a hand in many diverse projects I highly recommend.
