First off They treat their own employees like a number. No appreciation for there staff or techs out in the field. Very unorganized dispatching and communication with staff. God forbid you need a day off for yourself or family. They want to run their employees into the ground. Understaffed company with no experienced management in the office. Owner is very full of himself but he forgets he puts his pants on the same way everyone else does. Company is a complete disaster and toxic work environment to say the least. Especially the sales people. By far worst company I have encountered.
