Often employees get stuck with the Practice management people and
they won't allow us to move to the other technologies unless they don't find any use in you.
This way management has to really work on & allow employees to get a switch with minimal evaluation based on their interest,
this way helps both org and employees :-)
Again as a part of the salary,
there are so many deviations among different practices,
like people in Digital technologies can get more hike than other practice employees.
Obviously, this is the stage where employees tend to look for other companies.
