      Pros

      Opportunities for professional growth, great pay, very supportive and approachable management team, great working environment, hard work is recognised and appreciated by management and directors! I love my job with Welford and couldn’t see myself working anywhere else :)

      Pros

      Very supportive management team who are always available when needed. Clear vision for the future and staff are encouraged to be involved and contribute ideas. Great support with workload and time management.

      Cons

      No major negatives from my experience so far. As the company grows, there can occasionally be a lot of ongoing changes and developments to keep up with.
