Pros
Great company to work for, pay is higher than most machine shops out their and management is respectable and fair. One of the better companies I have worked for by far. Great benefits and a decent bonus at the end of every year. If your young and looking for a machinist career this is a great place, you will learn everything you need to succeed as a manual and or CNC machinist.
Cons
Some politics but that’s expected anywhere. Shop could be cleaner.
