Pros

The bond I got to have with my colleagues who are still there but despise the firm and management

Cons

Read the review section throughout! They’re all saying the truth. Don’t ever consider taking a job here. It’s very directionless! Bad management. Fake and Toxic boss and culture. Disrespectful.

Please don’t work here

Pros

Nothing good to say about my experience

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. Maybe this isn’t just for the ones who once dreamed of working here, but also for those thinking of hiring this firm for guidance—when it seems they can’t even guide themselves. I spoke to people who’ve left. Different faces, same story. Nothing changed. Nothing improved. Not even a single good thing to hold onto.

Toxic boss

Pros

The salary offered is good, but you won’t stay long ...

Cons

I totally agree with ex-staffs who left 1-star reviews about WRA. Their reviews are an accurate reflection of what I experienced during my short time there. From my first week I was shocked by the reality inside the company. I was warned about the extremely high turnover rate. On the second day, an ex-colleague was already advising me to start looking for another job due to the toxic work culture. I checked Glassdoor, and everything written here matched with what I was experiencing. The female co-founder, who is unmarried is the root cause of the chaotic and messy environment. She finds joy in criticizing others and gossiping about their personal lives. Her thinking is erratic, she loses her temper easily she’s willing to lash out over even the smallest issues. She acts as if she is intellectually superior even though she lacks basic tech knowledge. Hilariously, she doesn’t even understand how Zoom, Google Drive, Gmail work. She loves drinking, perhaps alcohol contributes to her unstable behavior. Her WhatsApp messages even sent out during weekends or late at night, very disturbing. Thinking back on my time working there and dealing with her and the AD still makes me feel sick. Now that there is no Singapore staff, I believe the company has found its “ideal” setup: just the 3 members of management (2 of whom are relatives) working together. No one else can tolerate such toxic and bullying behavior.
