      Will Reed truly cares about you as a human. Unlimited PTO that is guilt-free, "joy days" for when you need a mental health day, flexibility with schedule. They want you to succeed and will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel valued. Working with really cool companies and products that are changing life as we know it. Uncapped commission Work From Home Quarterly team get togethers and annual retreat I love the people I work with We are focusing on DEIB currently There is a clear path of career growth

      Things are constantly changing and we are still trying to figure out how to make things work. Not necessarily a con, but if you like structure we don't have that here.

      -Remote team which is only a con because of how incredible each individual is - would love more face to face time with them!
