Clear lack of defined leadership, no one is certain of who is in charge of what department when it comes to escalating situations to that point. Poor management in regards to staying stocked on inventory as well as instruments.
Nonexistent communication from Management/Ownership. Limited Benefits for part-time even though it was promised at hiring. No automatic raises. Unclear training and expectations with regards to job description. If you show any level of competency, Management/Ownership increases your responsibilities without increasing your pay/benefits.
