    Pros

    * Good communication at schools and with trainers. * Great support with housing and settling in Japan. * Positive native staff to meet at events and training

    Cons

    * Training is Ok, but sometimes long, it could be more interactive * Structure is a bit unclear and who you get info from

    Advice to Management

Make is clearer how staff can step up and take on new tasks to build a career.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at WinBe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Quick hire. Interview was very short and easy. Sure-fire way to get a visa to live in Japan. Surviving a year at WinBe will make you a stronger person.

    Cons

You'll be overworked for sure. Was told I would be teaching 5-6 classes a day, ended up having to teach 7 or 8. A few times I even had to teach demo classes during my lunch break. They don't follow through on promises, they make you attend useless training days that can be far away from your placement city, the speech contests are sometimes rigged to let certain kids win, the supervisors are overworked to dangerous... levels which can cause them to be stressed out. Overall a terrible work environment. If you can survive working at WinBe, you can survive any job.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises and put at least a SMALL amount of effort into taking care of your employees.

I have been working at WinBe for less than a year

    Pros

Easy process for getting a visa, and nice people at the school I worked at.

    Cons

Uneven paying methods. Some teachers are worked to the bone while others hardly work. Either way your paid the same. Also the hours suck.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at WinBe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

More freedom than working at a branch, highly independent, can teach in your own style, Dont have to attend every training session as they seem more catered to branch employees, targets are lower since franchises are smaller schools

    Cons

Hardly any support from Head office, No access to the same materials as Branch schools, Finding cover is very difficult

    Advice to Management

Add franchise schools the opportunity to use Galoon, Have subleaders or shunins call the franchises or follow up questions that the franchise schools ask
