      They fight with you every time you ask for a sick day or vacation time and the pay sucks. Minimum wage

      You get to sit and be on your phone

      Cons

      Management letting patients do what they want you got to keep running to the door cause the nurses not doing they job and keeping the residents in their rooms. You would get stuck at the site doing doubles cause no other workers want to work there
