Cons

Poor executive leadership and questionable strategic decisions. The sale of the KL site was justified internally as being backed by extensive due diligence, but later developments made many employees question the quality of that process. The gap between what was communicated and what eventually transpired significantly damaged trust in senior management. For a company operating in cybersecurity, where risk evaluation is fundamental, the situation was particularly difficult to understand.
