Pros

- Possible good pay if you negotiate well or if in management - good skill experience

Cons

- Exactly what the headline says, ridiculous as it is, multiple management but little to none employees as all are being driven out by CEO who keeps pretending to know stuff but won't let teams handle their own projects - micromanagement and new changes almost every week - drives out the skilled and good employees due to racist and tyrannical behaviour

Pros

Good overall technologies and staff (not management nor hr). Technical team in jordan have great skills and i have learned a lot working with them. The company provides a lot of opportunities to juniors with low working experience

Cons

The management team sucks specially the CEO, who treats his employees as slaves and always racist towards them. The management try to fish for any mistake anyone does even if it’s minor, then they destroy their career in the company forever and you won’t have a chance to grow after. Even though that the senior level employees are great, their decisions are heavily influenced by the CEO, which affected everyone in a bad way. Promotions are given to unqualified people, mainly people who snitch on others and climb on others’ shoulders.

Pros

Nice clean office, good equipment

Cons

The place is toxic from the top down. As soon as someone becomes a manager, they turn toxic too; because they have to follow orders from a CEO who thinks people in the Middle East and the Philippines are basically slaves. He constantly swears, disrespects everyone, and drove all the good people out of the company. They trap employees with two-year contracts and massive penalties if they try to leave early, so most people are stuck. Everything is micromanaged in the worst way possible. New joiners get paid the lowest salaries and have almost zero chance to grow or develop their careers. Management straight-up lies to customers, claiming there are multiple global SOCs, when in reality there’s only one in Jordan and one in the Philippines. The whole place is a chaotic mess, and everyone’s obsessed with becoming a “boss” instead of actually doing good work.
