Pros
For entry or mid-level, this is a fine place to be. Remote work, decent pay, and fairly standard structure. It gets more and more "corporate-y" by the day
Cons
Parent corporation is completely focused on capital investment strategies and positive shareholder feedback. They care very little for the employees or environment quality. Taking a well-focused and targeted market company , and trying to do everything, thus diluting everything. Completely ignoring the market expertise, and becoming just another pile of widgets. All uniqueness destroyed.
