You can work from anywhere in the world, no one monitors your hours of work as the work on the result - closed projects. Pleasant coworkers who will always help and teach you if you need it
Cons
Closing projects depends on many factors, not just your job, so you need to realize this when you apply for a job.

- Wonderful team of international colleagues. Everyone is very open, warm and supportive. - They provide a great portfolio of international clients and have a excellent personal approach through their recruitment process. - All the candidates i placed spoke highly about the company's approach and service after the placement. They are really on your side dealing with potential employers. - Flexibility to manage one's own schedule, no micro-managing - Given the tools to succeed - Emphasis on maintaining a work-life balance :) - Decision making based on a long term framework versus a shotgun approach
Cons
Not a con, but it is a challenging role and at times can be stressful, but positives that come from being challenged out weigh the stress.
