      Pros

      Honestly, the people here are the real deal. No politics, no ego, just genuine humans who communicate well and actually listen. Leadership is humble and open to feedback, which is rarer than it should be. The flexibility is real too, not just lip service.

      Cons

      Growing pains from bringing on new people and scaling, but that's a good problem to have. Nothing that would make you think twice.

      Pros

      Great culture and team environment! It feels more like a family than just a place you work and we all have a stake in the game. Multiple coworkers that have been there for over 10 years and I am proud to be one of them. It is hard to find a place of work where you feel valued as not just a worker but a human being and your well-being is valued just as much as your performance.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons. It is the best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      A company that has a long-running culture that they care about and nurture and everyone understands and promotes. Leadership consistently works to keep the business successful and to create opportunities for coworkers.

      Cons

      The hiring process can be intense. This is to ensure new coworkers are committed to moving the company forward in their new position and embracing the culture before their first day. Self-determination is key for coworker's success, There is not a lot of handholding happening. If you like to be self-determined and to own your experience you will love Work Sharp.
