They do not wear their ego on their shoulders, a rare positive in India's business landscape - Listens to what you have to say (come prepared, do not make statements just to impress your managers)

Not recommended for individuals looking to blame others when they can't get the job done. Zero tolerance policy for peeps who lack accountability and love to play the blame-game.

I can say it confidence this is one of the best places I have worked with, You are always encouraged to bring out you best work and they can your review as an employee into consideration. Kudos to creating such a great work culture. It's rare in India. Best part: they get things done, even though never push their people off the rails.
