growing across all functions, things get tackled head on, everyone is encouraged to be an entrepreneur which is empowering but overwhelming at times, great managers
Cons
little guidance (definitely not a fit for the 9 to 5 type)

Young team, no micro management, great product, tons of tools to enable you to be successful.
Cons
Can't think of anything really off the bat.

Pros
there is a lot of potential for growth. Being yourself in encouraged, and we work with some really great people. The benefits are awesome!
Cons
It is a start up so there are a lot of things that need to be done. You have to be able to step up and put the effort in. If you are that type of person than this is perfect for you!

Pros
Great office environment - WeWork by 57th street so it's easy to get to.
Every voice matters which is great if you're a bit more junior in your career. There is a TON of upward mobility as it's an established startup that is emerging in the U.S. and the company is already well known in Germany since 2012. The CEO sits in the NYC office and is all about creating a continual learning environment which is great to see and it's cool to see my hard work get recognized.
You get to take on huge responsibilities, and see your work truly make an impact on the organization. You can flex across different areas of the business, and have the ability to see how a startup operates from all angles. Everyone that works here has great energy, and operates from a sense of collaboration and not ego. I appreciate that there is an open sharing of ideas and tons of room to grow across the different departments. The culture is the best I've ever seen: very trusting (we get unlimited PTO) and flexibility to take on new tasks. They believe in work/life balance and provide the environment that is both fun, and performance based which makes being in the office very enjoyable. Music plays, people are laughing, the dress attire is chill, and everyone gets their work done - overall it's a fun place to be.
The benefits lastly are incredible - They now offer Empire BCBS that is $1 for single employees with no deductible, and super affordable for families. I like that they go above and beyond to offer coaching to each employee as well through their Talent Specialist. We get to continually grow, develop, and do work that matters with people who care.Cons
No 401k match but I figured as much. No other cons that come to mind.
Advice to Management
Thank you for creating a culture that empowers people. Keep growing the team with great people, and continue to provide servant leadership to all employees regardless of level.

Responsibility from day one, top notch team with a hands on mentality, very mission driven
Cons
there is a roadmap with goals but responsibility is left to you to achieve them, can be overwhelming at times

Pros
The company and the team are gowing. It is a great company with a startup atmosphere and friendly colleagues from different countries. You have your own projects that you can make grow like babies.
Cons
There is a lot to do! Don´t join this team if you want a quiet job! :)
Lots of things happen during the evening or early night with the NYC-based team.Advice to Management
