Cons
Honestly, I haven’t found any real cons so far.
Just to mention: the team spans multiple time zones, so Slack is active around the clock. If you like to stay highly engaged with everything happening in the company, it can be a bit challenging to set boundaries and avoid checking the messages all day long. That said, this isn’t a company fault at all, in fact, they actively encourage a healthy work-life balance.
