Pros
1) Ethical nature of business and services 2) Shared responsibilities even when things did go wrong 3) Nice working office close to city centre 4) Excellent pay 5) The Managing Director is clear, honest and an inspiration 6) Colleagues value each other 7) Best time management and personal support is given to deliver objectives
Cons
1) Government funding cuts meant the team where redundant, allowing the company to restructure and survive. Pleased to see the business has recovered and doing well again. 2) Micro Business (could be a positive)
