      Pros

      - WLB is the best. WFH policy - Very friendly environment and talent colleagues. - There is freedom to use new technology in some projects. - HR is very supportive. - Good if you are fresh graduate and want to learn technology.

      Cons

      - Some products lack competitiveness. - Communication with Japan HQ can be an issue sometimes. - It would be better if increase salary and other benefits a bit.
