Pros

They were flexible with my ever-changing life schedule. Great co-workers--funny, compassionate, and friendly. The work itself was sometimes interesting. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Most everything has been stated in other reviews--micromanaging boss, unreasonable workload, crazy time expectations, paltry pay--but I think my biggest qualm with this company was the constantly shifting priorities towards tasks that have no bearing or, dare I say, a point. Once, we were all tasked with rewriting work manuals for no discernible reason, and had to drop all the other balls we were juggling to do this. This was done with no planning, forethought, or consideration of other people's time and projects, and ultimately led nowhere. Tasks are assigned without taking into account how much time may be left in the day. Major decisions are made without warning, creating an anxiety-inducing environment.

Pros

nice coworkers, work from home

Cons

no insurance, poor pay, reduced hours disguised as a 'perk', will not hire new people and dumps workload on others (no raise), micromanaging boss, terrible training, coddling abusive clients, too much work, too few employees, unrealistic time expectations, constantly having to account for your time with little flexibility for even short breaks
