Without knowing the specifics of your situation it's hard to comment, but overall it really is a high performance culture with rewards that correlate with individual and company performance. We know this because we benchmark with the market. In my experience, there are not a lot of people coasting along, it's a hard working committed group of people. One of the nice things about X-Rite Pantone is that we are part of a larger corporation, Danaher, which means we offer benefits and rewards that larger companies offer, yet we still have a smaller company environment to work in.
