      WFH set up Once a week on site

      Developers are too lazy, don't have initiative, low comprehension skills, spoonfed Management doesn't do anything about the process. Always say that we need to have a process but puts it in the backburner like it's not a priority. Salary increase does not happen Promotions don't happen
