Pros

-Remote work is always a huge plus -Teams are able to freely collaborate and create unique solutions for customers -Internal promotions happen often

Cons

-Workload can get a bit harsh and work can occasionally require additional focus to complete one-off projects -The leadership has shifted a number of times, it happened and while I won't say I understand anything about it; I would like it if leadership stuck around longer

Pros

The company still has many dedicated, hardworking employees who keep operations moving forward, but there is a growing concern that experienced, long‑tenured staff are being pushed out and replaced rather than supported or retained. This trend impacts morale and creates uncertainty about how employee experience is valued.

Cons

Leadership emphasizes that family comes first, but current workload expectations and staffing levels do not align with that message. The company’s long‑term direction and priorities are unclear, making it difficult for teams to plan effectively or understand how their work supports broader goals.

Pros

Remote work from everywhere, even from different countries when travelling.

Cons

Neverending management turnover. No direction, no product management.
