Business Outlook
Pros
This is an awesome start up company. They give their employees so many chances to grow and develop and truly take everyone's thoughts into consideration. The company is also extremely transparent which is very nice since that is not something we see often. Flexible work hours, and an overall incredible team.
Cons
As a start up, there are less benefits than many other companies, but as the company grows, the benefits they offer will change as well.
