people are overall nice in person easy workload english environment

Cons

using foreign tactics on local market and being arrogant about it constantly looking for trendy tricks trying to impress the market but failed to understand locals' mind care nothing about the students after taking their money they take pride in their products and marketing but it's winning just because the competitors are even worse every change they did to the courses only make them worse they would do anything just to cut cost staff turnover rate is high implying business outlook is bad

So call the leading edtech company just because it started earlier

Cons

Horribly underpaying on position with a massive workload. Aggressive without reasonable planning HR doesn't know how to do the job. Most of the former workers had pathetic exit experiences.

- Disorganized so no bureaucracy - You can do nothing and still get paid all the same - Staff are very chill

Cons

- The business is run poorly and feels like a scam - Founder is narcissistic, delusional and does not know how to manage people - Management does things that make no sense - Disorganized and zero protocols - Zero qualifications are needed to become an instructor - You will start to question your own morals working here
