Business Outlook
Pros
- Small, but well organized team. - Fun working environment with different types of people (devs, support, post production, sales)' - Easy going scheduling and flexibility. Good work/life balance. - Decent opportunities to take on projects and different type of work.
Cons
- The tech stack is relatively up-to-date but it would be nice to be able to spend focused time on re-engineering some parts of the system. I understand why that isnt always the first priority though!
