A lot of pressure on one person to get everything done. Higher ups keep giving false hopes about promotions or any kind of help. Keep cutting on labour to a point they expect 1 person to just open the shop and do the lunch shift, which can get hectic as openings can be crazy and need to place orders. Keep cutting staff but expect all cleaning and deep cleaning to be done. Literally no washroom break if you are alone!! Overall poor management from higher ups, lack of support, always overworking staff, expecting them to do things that honestly make them feel that they don’t get paid enough to do.
