      - You get your birthday off - Point system to redeem gift cards because they don't pay you enough

      Cons

      - Management is a joke - Employee turnover is sky high - They have not offered a real retirement package to the only 75-year-old HR person managing 250 people - Says they like change but they clearly don't - Will make you work on a project for hours for it not to go anywhere - Salary is a joke - You pay for benefits when they own the benefits company (Youngs Tenstar-which no one works at because they all quit) - You will have to fight your way to get what you deserve

      Have worked with some great people

      Cons

      Turn over is sky high and the people left over are picking up the slack and are getting burnt out. Not willing to spend money in retaining their current staff, but post job openings at a higher than what is currently being given to people who have been there for years. There is nowhere to advance at the company, you will always be fighting for a fair salary. It is a very depressing place to work. Not a window in sight, painted prison grey throughout. Have felt overworked and underapreciated for a long time now. I just feel like I'm being used.
