      Pivots every other moon to another industry. Guts all of its researchers and puts whatever at the head so that investors gain financially from IP

      Pros

      Engineers and technical managers were top notch, being at the forefront of one of the biggest research & engineering projects of the century was great while it lasted.

      Company folded and everyone lost their jobs. That's startups I guess.

      Great team. Great culture. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Weird dynamics at the leadership level that I learned about after leaving. Though to be fair, I only learned about it from one side. But I think there were big promises made to investors, which got in the way of the company growing organically on a longer time scale, in a very tough industry.
