      Loved my coworkers and the culture that the company built. The work was really interesting, and everyone was always willing to pitch in when needed!

      Pros

      Your colleagues are legitimately smart, and always interested in helping you progress your career. Customer first culture. Good communication across all departments. Work is interesting and focused on making the best product on the market. Small enough that you WILL make a significant impact on growth. Lots of room to make your own decisions and get the job done without red-tape in the way.

      Cons

      Early stage. Must be willing to roll-up sleeves and pitch in anywhere you can help. Not for everyone.
