Pros
You will not be bored.
There's a lot autonomy.
Onboarding is great and you meet a lot of the company over the first 2-3 weeks.
The company is a "dark horse" of Silicon Valley that has great minds, product-market fit, and customers without needing to be over-the-top flashy about it.
The recent company-wide offsite was the coolest week of work anyone here has ever had. I have no doubt in my mind that this company will continue to succeed.
Remote-Flex policy is excellent and company sponsored events (hangouts, functional team off-sites, and company offsites) does a great job of building face time without being in offices.
People leave their cameras on for meetings. It's a culture with names AND faces.
Cons
You've got to be on your A game. If not, it's very noticeable with such intelligent and sharp people around.
