Pros
I loved the people that worked there. It took me a few months, but I got pretty dang good at dialing.
Cons
I loved the supervisors. I did not like the people above the supervisors. Whenever they came it's as if they didn't want anyone to have fun or talk to each other while we were there. They don't come as often, so for the most part it's pretty awesome.
