Micromanagement, hostile work environment and childish behavior. The CEO likes to email, text or chat employees past 11pm on Friday which is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. The only people that remain at the company are his friends. His 3 sales hires that were outside his network either quit or were let go because of his micro management, late night texts, and childish/hostile attitude. This is truly an awful place to work and during my time here I felt like I was moving backwards in my career. If Conseri would like to interview you and hire you I would think twice about joining this firm. It should be your last resort if you have no other job opportunities.
