Pros

None, do not work here if possible you’re better off at the mall

Cons

Toxic environment, management has favorites and chooses them for the best projects. The base pay is horrible and you can barely survive/live on it. They will also fire you without warning or care in the world. I saw them fire 4 coworkers during my time there without a heads up and just tell them they were being let go because the company was overstaffed and they did not have another project to place them on meanwhile they were still hiring/training new sdrs instead of taking a pause from hiring. Management is very passive aggressive and fake to your face. They cause a lot of high school drama even though they’re in their late 30s which is honestly very embarrassing. Would not recommend anyone to work here.

Pros

Work life balance was good for a while, but has changed since they finally have a HR department which they never did before. Since this department was established it has created a lot of confusion and seems to be very unorganized, and now they heavily monitor the time you take off. DD was completely different before covid and felt more family oriented and people were closer but things have changed for sure and not for the better.

Cons

The reason why some people have stuck around is because it’s a laid back environment and company has no real structure so people tend to get comfortable. The pay is much lower than normal you start off with 38K base salary and with commission can possibly make 10K more (depending on your project). They scam you with your commission to if you exceed your goal. You can be making $150 per lead but they cut it to $25 if you exceed the goal for an example. No growth besides maybe being a senior SDR or team lead which is not worth it and pay is still not great. They will fight you over a promotion even if you meet all the metrics. Being a team lead you get a bonus once per month if you get all excellent reviews from each of your teammates. If you get one negative review your bonus would only be $150 instead of $400 which isn’t fair. Managers are only being promoted if they were horrible SDR, but are liked by other managers. Lots of turn over and inconsiderate behavior towards hard working SDR’s. You can find a better sales experience elsewhere. This is a very frustrating company to work for that does not seem to care about the wellbeing of its employees anymore.

Pros

Some people are friendly and good way to get experience on your resume. The people are the best part but the structure is weak.

Cons

Disorganized management Clients are unprofessional and unrealistic, company has unrealistic quota attainment, sometimes micromanagement. Company is more corporate now, less family values than they used to be years ago. Work is soulcrushing and mundane, everyone just pretends everything is ok. Company mainly cares about appearances and the client, managers don’t defend you from toxic clients or uncomfortable situations. Will sometimes expect you to do things outside your job description Clear blatant favoritism for Presidents Club/promotions. Nepotism in company. INCREDIBLY LOW PAY compared to national average for SDR role and especially for a sales job in the Boston area, national average is $52,000. We get paid 12,000 less than average. Top management just tells you to hit numbers doesn’t really motivate SDRs. Just get it done mentality, hyper focused on calls and high daily activities. High turn over rate. Only 1 week of training, getting forcefed info from a hose.
