Changes in administration team have caused a rapid decline in culture. A lot of turnover in last 2 years, turning into a transactional company and all about get the money now and worry about customer service later.

A great produce with decent pay, benefits, and incentives
Cons
Management needs to train employees much better and not treat them like they are disposable. HR is terrible and brags about culture when they get complaints all the time and brag about how great the culture is. Behind in their technology and management wants to micro manage and does not care about the customers. Get the money and run.
