Pros

* initially it was very friendly with interns and promoted real growth * mostly friendly colleagues * paid therapist * different tech stacks * could be used as a stepping stone

Cons

* management expectations and very rude behavior, going at times to the point of bullying employees (specially interns or juniors) and using highly unprofessional language * organizational culture that shifted from a friendly, tight workplace to a chaotic, rushed and often shady process * highly deceptive with both the clients and the developers in terms of promises, expectations and delivery * cutting shortcuts seems to be the rule of thumb and only real successful projects are the ones that are NOT actually controlled by management * you get formally invited by the company to restaurants and bars and then you are asked to pay for yourself * shady contract deals * relies mostly on interns who are underpaid and overworked * senior devs are only tolerated because they know they would lose huge projects if they left * hours and hours of overtime work without any compensation * inconsistent review mechanism in place * trying so hard to shift to a corporate mindset but in a forced, artificial way
