Company culture; when you walk around the office people legitimately seem to be pretty happy here. Teams work really well cross-functionally. I've had the opportunity to gain more skills and my manager trusts me to develop new processes, build automations, and shift how things have been done to adjust for our growing workforce. I love it here!
