    Pros

    I don't remember of any.

    Cons

    I had none because my managers treated me more like a woman than an engineer.

    Advice to Management

    Improve salary and open more options for entry level employee to be more technical.

    I worked at emircom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Emircom is financially strong and have ability to execute.
    Lots of large projects. You can get good exposure.
    Closely aligned to large vendors like Cisco & APC.
    No micro-management or excess work pressure.

    Cons

    Frustrating excessive management & legal process and procedures.
    They will hold your passport in their custody and you need to get approval to get it released.
    Work is mechanical and boring. Very few activities beyond work.
    You cannot expect to move up the corporate ladder unless you are Lebanese.

    Advice to Management

    Do not hold employees passports
    There should be activities beyond work.
    Revamp organizational policies and procedures.

    lot of projects.Good opportunity to learn more.Multiprotocol label swtiching ,VOIP , ATM ,Framrelay , leased line cisco juniper and alcatel lucent devices.

    no appreciation to staff , improvement , benefit
