Processes in place to follow each of the roles, great yearly meetings, some fun people but be careful, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Pretend to be a family (really those that have been 10+ years or are ‘family’). No development, same leader mistakes every few years.

US Employee Experience is Rough

Lucerne office staff great. Annual trip fun

Cons

US employee experience terrible. No opportunity for growth or development. Lack of connections between offices. You'll feel like an afterthought. There's no cost of living raise or bonuses.

Pros

The product is good and useful. I liked what i did and got paid pretty well (the bonus structure was unattainable). Most of the people were good to work with (with some exceptions). Casual environment.

Cons

Some toxic employees that made everyone else miserable. Bonus was team share so even if you did amazing you didn't get it because others wernt doing well (i heard that has since changed). Management seemed to side with them.
