      A company who understood modern leadership

      Pros

      The company leadership is very modern. Flat hierarchies are something which is really lived here. The colleagues are professionals but the dealing with each other is like with a family. The company also enables and supports learning new skills. Remote working is supported too.

      Cons

      There are no cons. But the culture is made for proactive people which might not be for anyone.
