      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work, but its under acquisition now and moral and motivation are at an all time low. All the best employees have left.

      Cons

      Dead work environment. The people left have no motivation.

      Pros

      Company uses many different technologies, which provides positions for engineers with many backgrounds. Office location is very nice.

      Cons

      This company has a history of layoffs. The environment is unstable due to illusive profitability and pressure to exit from series A, B, AND C investors. The culture of telecommuting and offshoring makes it difficult to get things done.
