    Pros

    very casual, laid back, can wear t shirt, jeans & sneakers to work if you wanted to.
    independence, can usually work alone

    Cons

    Not too much interaction with coworkers unless it's about work
    Not a lot of training, just more learn as you go along

    Advice to Management

    Help make the workplace a more cohesive place & promote more interaction with coworkers & provide better training for new employees

    Good qualification to have, recognised industry standard

    Cons

    IFS are starting to make these qualifications an extortionate money making scheme with high course prices, handbooks, resit examinations, replacement certificates etc.

    good to start with.
    company has gaining knowledge.
    everyone is welcome with or without experience.

    Cons

    salary always late.
    lowest salary in qatar ever.
    living in villa like hell,with curfew for ladies and 10person in a room.
