Pros
None, I mean really none. I gave the a one because there is no 0 rating
Cons
1. Low pay 2. Awful management 3. Little or no training for position- had to learn on the fly and then being told I was too slow (maybe training would have helped with that. 4. Unhelpful co-workers, every one for themselves (not exactly a team mentality- sort of like if you fail I look better. I also found the people on my team very unfriendly. I had replaced someone who had been there for 20 years and that seemed to be a problem with them even though he left due to retirement
