      Pros

      One can get very strong foundation knowledge of web and mobile apps development and gain experience I became Sr Lead Software engineer from a trainee position here. I got a chance to take multiple roles here as Developer, Mentor, Lead. I visited many client places for discussions during my tenure, which helped me to grow a lot. Strongly recommend for growth minded people You will get chance to directly work with client You will get chance to directly handle the production environment
